Guess Who's Back??


Hi everyone,


Long time, no chat!


Apologies for the radio silence but I am so excited to be back with lots of new plans for "My Body, My Me" in the hopes of helping us continue the conversation around our relationship with our bodies and hopefully, healing from any negative thoughts and behaviours.


Below is an outline of the things I have planned. I am so excited to connect with you all more and give this spot of the internet over to you and your thoughts a bit more.

"Your Body Your You" Sessions In Person and Online

Very exciting news! Your Body Your You will be moving to in person sessions every second month starting on April 23rd 11.30am-12.30pm! Keep on eye on the instagram page for more information on this and how to sign up. We will be alternating with online sessions for those of you who would prefer to chat online.



Blogs on Weddings and Grief

I have a few new reflective blog posts coming up about my elopement and what being a bride brought up for me body image wise as well as the impact that grief has had on my body and my feelings around that.


Live Chats - InstaLive

More Non-Reflective Blogs

I really loved posting a new blog every week but they were all reflective in style which was just not sustainable - growth does not happen that quickly my friends! Going forward, I will be mixing reflective blog posts with those featuring book and/or podcast reviews, answering your anonymous questions, recommendations of art to engage with around topics we are discussing, writing exercises or crafts that I'm trying plus anything


else you would like to read about!

Community Newsletter

I have so brilliant conversations with you all and I am by no means an expert on this topic so I would love to create a quarterly newsletter where we can share our thoughts, recommendations, useful exercises, mantras, creative writing, art and journal prompts withe each other. I will put out a theme and submission call out so keep an eye on the Instagram page for that as well as newsletter sign up details.
